Stunning Arsenal, Newcastle fun

Before the clash between City and Liverpool , Arsenal took 3 points at West Ham (3-1 ) and temporarily took the lead in the championship, two points ahead of Chelsea, who defeated Swansea ( 1-0). Newcastle thrashed Stoke ( 5-1 ) with goals from Remy Gouffran and Cabaye .

Unable to win the last four games, the Arsenal players did their fans wait more than an hour Thursday to West Ham ( 3-1 ) prior to reassure them. Moving among London neighbors ailing , the Gunners were rushed to Upton Park and even led from the 46th minute before Theo Walcott does sound their alarm. Amazing , the Arsene Wenger failed to realize their opportunities in a first period they have mastered, and responded to score the heart of downbeat Hammers .

After the opener Carlton Cole ( 45th ) , who took advantage of a mistake by Szczesny , the Polish goalkeeper was troubled by Jarvis ( 51 ) and again Cole ( 55th ) . This is what popped up when Theo Walcott , author of equalization on a low shot poorly controlled by Adrian ( 67th ) yet impeccable so far. The diminutive striker went on to the first goal of the head of his career Championship ( 70th ) . Podolski , author of an excellent entry into the game, scored the third goal of the Gunners with a shot from outside the law ( 79th ) . With this success and pending clash between City and Liverpool ( 18.30) , Arsenal took the lead of the Championship.




Another double for Remy ( 10 goals this season) , Hazard decisive

Olivier Giroud partners are closely monitored - that is to say two points - by Chelsea, who defeated Swansea ( 1-0). Eden Hazard gave the victory to the Blues by scoring the only goal of the game.
